For an Asian twist, try the Seoul Burger - kimchi, pickled cucumber, black pepper mayo and lettuce alongside a mouth-watering salmon fillet. For the health-conscious, the salmon salad - an array of fresh vegetables topped with a delicious salmon fillet.
Fuorvito Stonebaked Pizza
Location: West Fan Village & West to North
Favourites include the Ortolana, a combination of classic tomato
and mozzarella with mushrooms, peppers, aubergine and parmesan
cheese. A light drizzle of olive oil completes the pizza, which is
100% authentic Italian in taste. They're always developing special
new flavour combinations, lovingly crafted to keep the menu fresh
and exciting; look out for their sourdough pizza bases, with both
sweet and savoury toppings.
Notso - Katsu Curry & Asian-Inspired Burgers
Location: West to North
Providing a Western take on a variety of Asian street eats, you can
grab yourself a bowl of warming noodles, or a mouth-wateringly
delicious burger. We recommend the breaded chicken burger in a
toasted brioche bun, stuffed with notso mayo, cheese, salad, Asian
slaw and tonkatsu sauce. Yum!
