Transport Update: England v Fiji Summer Nations Series

Due to RMT strike action on Saturday 26 August, South Western Railway (SWR) will operate a significantly reduced service on its network which includes London Waterloo, Twickenham and Richmond stations. Trains will only run between 07:00 and 19:00 and large parts of the wider network will be closed. There will be no SWR service to or from Reading all day; trains on that line begin/end at Ascot.

Fans travelling to Twickenham for England v Fiji are advised that a limited number of additional services will run before and after the match. The last train from Twickenham to London Waterloo will now depart at 20:07.

The latest information is available at southwesternrailway.com/strike.

Where possible we would ask you to consider alternative forms of transport and we can confirm that car parking is currently still available to book here. London Underground is unaffected, and the District and Piccadilly lines are expected to run a full service. We will be providing additional shuttle buses to transport people from both the District Line at Richmond Station and the Piccadilly Line at Hounslow East.
