Twickenham Stadium is one of the most popular exhibition centres within the M25 and has a total of over 7,000 sqm. of superbly integrated conference and exhibition space tailored to suit larger scale events and smaller expos. The venue is highly popular with exhibition organisers who can access our largest rooms from ground level, making for seamless loading and unloading for both build and breakdown.

Twickenham Stadium is positioned in a brilliant location with only minutes to the M3 and M4 corridors and easy access to the M40. Heathrow airport is also only 6 miles away from us, making it an ideal location for exhibitions with attendees visiting from abroad.
The stadium benefits from over 2000 complimentary car parking spaces, with additional space for HGV parking.
Larger exhibitions
The Rose Suite and the Live Room are Twickenham Stadium's two largest spaces. Both are located on the ground floor of the south stand with ground floor loading for HGV's.
The Rose Suite has 1180 sqm. of carpeted exhibition space.
The Live Room has 440 sqm of uncarpeted exhibition space.

Medium Exhibitions
The Spirit of Rugby, situated in the prestigious West Stand, lends itself to small - medium sized exhibitions. It features it's own foyer space perfect for registration or refreshments and is in close proximity to Members Lounge, President's Suite and Council Room for additional break-out spaces for meetings, seminars or catering.
The Spirit of Rugby can hold up to 62 stands with a maximum of 400 visitors at one time.

We understand that food and drink is a huge part of any event and we believe it's important to fuel attendees with the right kind of food to keep them going. At Twickenham we are lucky enough to have a fantastic team in-house to help create the perfect offering for your exhibition, whether it's free standing food and drink units or a separate catering area.
